The AES Nashville Section and Mike Curb College of Entertainment Music Business, in conjunction with the Audio Engineering Society, Inc., are presenting The Nashville Recording Workshop and Expo. This event will be held March 5 - 6 , 2010, at The Curb Event Center at Belmont University.
The event this year will pick up where NRW 2009 left off. Don't worry if you didn't attend last year though, the program is geared so that first timers will fit right in.

Ben Folds To Keynote NRW+E
The Nashville Recording Workshop + Expo 2010 attendees are in for a treat as artist, writer, engineer, producer and studio owner Ben Folds kicks off this year’s event with the opening keynote address.
Folds, who is known for both his cutting edge approach to the music industry and for his million-plus selling songs worldwide, has forged his own unique path in the music industry through major-label album projects and with his pioneering series of internet-only releases. He is uniquely qualified to speak to the successful melding of technology and creativity.
Fresh off his nationally broadcast appearance as a judge on the NBC TV Series The Sing Off, Folds will set the stage for the two days of the NRW+E program, where a strong roster of top pro audio industry professionals and manufacturers will share their cumulative knowledge with home studio owners, designed to help NRW+E attendees make the most of their own creative endeavors.
